Bisol, one of the 16 winemakers in Houston, arrived in the US, its number 1 market, 25 years ago carving out a market from scratch and last year they grew by 20% .  It operates at the high end of the market in three classifications: DOC, DOCG and Cartizze (the Grand Cru of Prosecco).  In the Veneto they grow 177 hectares of vineyards spread over 35 farms in the heart of Prosecco and a portion of the Cartizze hill.
