Mino Calò created the Rosa del Golfo wine, a Salento rosé which, in a very short time, became so successful it gave its name to the company itself. Made from Negroamaro grapes with a tiny amount of Malvasia it has been widely noted for its pleasing taste. To also note is Bolina from the Verdeca grape.
