A medieval hilltop town with stunning views. The castellated walls continue right to the summit which is dominated by a castle. There is also a lovely view from the Leonildo Pieropan estate, noted for its Soave Classico La Rocca and Calvarino wines. The last one owes it’s name to the torturous path leading to the vineyard, a sort of ‘calvary’.
