We were sad to learn that Aldo Conterno passed away last year. The leadership is now in the capable hands of his three sons; Franco, Stefano and Giacomo. They are one of the most important wineries in Italy, as well as Piemonte, and their reputation for quality continues throughtout the rest of the word. It is because of the humble Dolcetto and a superior Barolo.
