The happy autumn forecasts were confirmed and production has doubled compared to last year. Thanks to the excellent flowering, the scarce attacks of the olive flies and the perfect weather conditions. Almost 3000 tons have been harvested in the Ligurian Region with its delicate style and light interpretation of extra virgin olive oil. There are exceptions with a few intense-style and widespread use of the latest generation of extraction.
