Since 1993, we see organic farming at its best. For 2 generations, this winery has used both traditional and modern techniques for growing grapes and produces some of the most wonderful wines. Historically, Daunia is the homeland of the Nero di Troia grape and they treat it well, but do try their Rosato from Montepulciano.
