Cupertinum has history and roots of an ancient tradition, but they are not afraid of experimentation and innovation. This cooperative is responsible for 50% of the DOC Copertino wines. And they are in good hands; year after year, the awards keep coming. The price belies the quality, most bottles cost under €10.
With nearly 1,000 acres and 350 members, the cooperative adheres to tradition with typical vines and has just celebrated its 75th anniversary.
