Fontodi

The wine cellar is on three levels, each of which are dedicated to the different phases of wine making: Pressing of the grapes in the attic, fermentation in the middle floor and wine aging in wood on the ground floor.  Besides wine growing, Chianina cows are bred which, in addition to first class meat, deliver natural fertilizer for the fields.
