The company has chosen Albana di Romagna and Albana Passito Scaccomatto, with a chessboard printed on its label, and both result in a delicious wine. Harvested grapes are put into steel and barriques and make for a soft wine with a range of perfume, from dried fruit to saffron, along with tea and aromatic herbs.
