Tenuta Orsumella

With 3 generations having tended the estate, the Menichetti family of winemakers continue to make great wines from its 78 hectares. We especially liked the Chianti Classico 2016.
The color is an intense ruby. I love its elegance at the nose, distinctive aromas of berries and violet notes. The resting in oak barrels adds complexity and vanilla fragrance. In the south, I taste the broad and tangy character and confirms the aromatic balance revealed by the scent. I liked very much the long and persistent taste. The GOOD NEWs for Orsumella lovers is that you can taste it in New York on 11 May 2020 and in Houston on 18 May 2020.
